Your Reward Credits will show in your Caesars Rewards Marketplace Account as “Pending” within 7 working days. If your pending Reward Credits aren’t appearing in your Caesars Rewards Marketplace account in “My Purchase History” after 7 days, please contact us.
We'll validate your qualified/qualifying purchase with the participating retailer and update your account to show your Reward Credits as "Approved." Most qualified/qualifying purchases will be approved within 45 days.
All "Approved" Reward Credits will be posted to your Caesars Rewards Account within 24 hours.
